Banque Saudi Fransi announces the payment mechanism related to the dividends of the first half 2011
Pursuant to the announcement of Banque Saudi Fransi published on Tadawul on 25.6.2011 to pay 70 Halalas as dividends per share to the shareholders registered in the Banks share registers as at the end of trading on Wednesday, 5.8.1432 (6.7.2011) and the payment to begin on Saturday, 15.8.1432 (16.7.2011), Banque Saudi Fransi wishes to inform all shareholders of the following:1.The dividends will be paid to the shareholders by direct credit to the respective accounts or through the Banks branches in the Kingdom against identity card verification.
2.The shareholders must make use of the direct credit service to automatically credit the amount of dividends directly to their accounts with the Bank or with other local banks on the payment day. To benefit from this service, the shareholders must complete the attached format and send it to the Fax No. 01 2891837 or mail it by registered mail to Banque Saudi Fransi , Shareholders Section, Secretariat General, P.O.Box 56006 Riyadh 11554, with immediate effect and before the start of payment.

4. Banque Saudi Fransi wishes to invite the shareholders, the holders of share certificates, to deposit their certificates in their portfolios though any branch of the bank or through the depository at Tadawul in accordance with CMA directives which affirm that all share certificates are now null and void and non-negotiable.
5.The shareholders who have not yet collected their previous share dividends must contact or visit one of the Banks branches or the Shareholders Section at Head Office, Riyadh, to make the necessary arrangements in this respect.
