Mercedes-Benz factory trained technicians use specialised tools and equipment to ensure lasting, quality services at Zawawi's state-of-the-art service facilities, using the latest international best practice techniques and processes.

A Special Summer Promotion on repairs is currently available, with attractive labour charges and parts prices. Special discount rates of up to 40% are offered for vehicles less than 4 years old, whilst older vehicles enjoy up to 50%.

24 hours / 7 days a week roadside assistance is provided, as well as a pick up and drop off service for customers leaving vehicles in the workshop. Premium services are available from Zawawi Trading Company 's authorised Mercedes-Benz Service Centres in Muscat and Salalah, and operate extended work hours for customer convenience. The Muscat service centre is open 7:00am to 8:00pm on weekdays, and 7:00am to 5:30pm Thursday, whilst Zawawi in Salalah welcomes customers from 8:00am to 1pm, and 2:30pm to 5:30pm from Saturday to Thursday.
