Aqar-Estate releases more real estate online features and services geared to professionals and individuals
Amman, June 10, 2011: Aqar-Estate.com the online real estate community portal celebrates reaching a 100,000 active properties in the Middle East advertised through its website As of May 2011. It also continues to add more specialized services that are useful for real estate professionals and individuals on the same level.
"Moderating users' entries, limiting number of listings per user based on its type, automatic expiry procedures, proper and professional communication and support system, and finally careful listening to our users; were all critical to achieve this level of trust our users are giving us." Said Hanan Khader, CEO and Co-founder of Aqar-Estate. "Our strategic decision to limit the number of posts per user was not an easy one, however we are glad that we made that challenge, and now we are happy with the valuable valid content we have."
According to the general mission statement of the company, AQAR-ESTATE has launched recently a new set of useful features; all geared towards more enhanced user experience and usefulness.
Online secure payment is one of the essential features that have been launched as well to facilitate the property promotion purchase by users from anywhere.
