The project will be managed by CyberMAK Information Systems W.L.L (Al-Kharafi Company) in partnership with Atheeb Intergraph Middle East LLC, Intergraph's distributor in the Middle East.

is in charge of the three oil refineries: Mina Al-Ahmadi, Mina Abdulla and Shuaiba, in addition to the LPG plant in Mina Al-Ahmadi.
Mina Al-Ahmadi Refinery was built in 1949 as a simple refinery with a refining capacity not exceeding 25,000 barrels per day (bpd) to supply the local market with its needs of gasoline, kerosene and diesel. The refinery is located 45 kilometers to the south of Kuwait City on the Arabian Gulf. It covers a total area of 10,534,000 square meters. Twenty-nine new units were built at Mina Al-Ahmadi Refinery, and the refinery has now become one of the world's most modern refineries, with regard to both refining capacity, which exceeds 415,000 bpd, and the state-of- the art technology it employs.
