Superstructure Complete on TAMEER's 91- Storey Elite Residence in Dubai Marina
AED 1.7 billion residential tower progresses towards completion with construction reaching the final level
The superstructure soars to a height of 355m, with the tower set to reach a final height of 381m.
The AED 1.7 billion project is on track to be completed later this year, with construction on the tower having already reached the final floor. In order to accomplish this milestone the structure for the Elite Residence has consumed 85,000 cubic metres of concrete and 21,000 tons of steel. Construction during its peak progressed at a speed of up to 6 floors per month on typical floors.
The 91 storey tower includes, 4 basements, a gymnasium, 3 swimming pools, recreation areas, sauna and steam rooms, jacuzzi's, a children's play area, a multi-function room, a luxury reception and 24-hour security. The project provides a mixture of spacious 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, and 3 and 4 bedroom penthouses, with a total of 697 apartments capable of housing 1,500 residents.
Additionally, the high-rise residential tower offers easy access to the Dubai Metro Red Line and is situated steps away from The Walk at Jumeirah Beach Residence with its abundance of quality hotels, restaurants and boutiques, in addition to an open beach with water sports facilities.
