SR90m for Al-Ahsa ICUs

By SALEM AL-SUBAI’E AL-AHSA: The Ministry of Health has allocated SR90 million to develop intensive care units at the governorate's hospitals, according to Hussein Al-Rawi, Al-Ahsa's Health Affairs Director.

This will see a huge improvement in facilities for children and adults and provide solutions for any shortages.

Salman Bin Taher Al-Omran, the Health Affairs' Assistant Director for Projects and Engineering Affairs, said a ministry committee, chaired by Dr. Muhammad Al-Jizani, visited the area Thursday and studied the conditions at intensive care units. The units will be improved and redesigned according to international standards.
