Notice No: 30/11 - Suspension by NASDAQ Dubai due to failure to file 2010 Annual Report and Financial Statements
The following Issuers have not filed their 2010 Annual Report and Financial Statements by 30 April 2011, and hence have failed to comply with their ongoing obligations under the Offered Securities Rules of the DFSA.NASDAQ Dubai hereby notifies the market that pursuant to Listing Rules 35.1.2 and 18.1.4, the Securities of these Issuers will be suspended from the Official List effective immediately, and remain suspended until the release of their 2010 Annual Report and Financial statements:
In addition to the above, the following Issuer, whose Securities are currently suspended from the Official List, has also failed to file their Annual Report and Financial Statements by 30 April 2011.
The Securities of TID Sukuk Company will remain suspended pending compliance with ongoing obligations under the rules, including the filing of their 2010 Annual Report and Financial Statements:
