Emirates Islamic Bank is the First Islamic bank to offer DEWA payment through alternative channels

United Arab Emirates, Dubai, April 13th 2011: Emirates Islamic Bank has a reputation for continually reinventing its products and services to suit their customers' needs and conveniences. True to this commitment, Emirates Islamic Bank has enhanced its utility bill payment facility to Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA) on Alternate Channels including Internet Banking and Cash Deposit Machines whereby customers can now make "Real Time / Immediate" DEWA enquiries as well as bill payments.

Thanks to the new and enhanced services, customers can now access DEWA account details, make bill payments that will show in their DEWA account immediately.
Emirates Islamic Bank is committed to making banking more convenient and efficient through 32 branches within the UAE, and conveniently located ATMs, Cash and Cheque deposit machines bringing it closer to its objective of providing anytime, anywhere banking to its customers.
