World's Biggest LNG Producers by 2020
27 March 2011No prizes for guessing who the world's largest LNG producer will be by 2020, but guess who is the fastest growing.
Chevron is the world's fastest growing liquefied natural gas (LNG) producer, beating Qatar Petroleum , according to Evaluate Energy data. Between 2010 and 2020, the U.S. energy giant will add 17 million tonnes, beating Qatar Petroleum 's 11.5 million tonnes during the same year.
However, Qatar Petroleum will remain the world's largest producer of LNG with nearly 53 million tonnes of LNG production by 2020. Algeria's Sonatrach is a distant second and Chevron will move to sixth place by 2020.

Wow is this out of proportion with distorting the truth. Chevron is still nowhere near Qatar in LNG production. In fact they are at about half capacity according to your "visual aids". come on it is not that hard to look at two charts and see these two really have no significance with the size already you claim QP does. however, you never mentioned qatargas or ras gas All you need to do is use that search engine called google and look up largest LNG producer the real number that is public is 77 milion MTA per annum. we all know they are sovereignand foreign owned but come on QP is oil, gas oil, jet fuel not LNG-NG.

What about other companies, which are pioneering in LNG now, but, who have a much bigger gas reserves and the capacity to bring LNG to markets worldwide? I'll give you a hint look into Russian Federation for answers...

Good to know that clean technology is being used for energy.It will reduce respiratory diseases and allergies among the childern of a developing economy and a developed one.
Why is this product not easily available for power generation?
