Future Fibre Technologies Awarded two new Perimeter Security Projects
Future Fibre Technologies (FFT), the world leader in fiber optic intrusion detection, has been awarded two large perimeter intrusion detection projects - one in the Middle East and the other in the Asia Pacific region.Working with its local System Integrators on both projects, FFT Secure Fence™ system will be installed to pinpoint unauthorised intrusions to the perimeter fence in both projects.
The Middle East installation will protect a perimeter fence in excess of 250km long in a remote desert environment, whilst the Asia Pacific installation will protect the 7km perimeter surrounding a sensitive military airbase.
The company's global experience, supported by local technical support capabilities in both regions also played a part in it winning these projects.
Similarly, in the Asia Pacific region, the company's head office in Australia supports installations at a wide range of sensitive sites, including a solar power generation plant, airports, gas and oil refineries and military sites.
