20 randomly selected KFHB staff spends a day out Abdulhakeem Alkhayyat
In an initiative to enhance communication
Each month, 20 randomly selected staff from the Bank are given an opportunity to spend a full day out of the office with the Bank's Managing Director and CEO.
The initiative, organised by the KFH-Bahrain's Human Resources Department, has already proved to be successful and has contributed highly towards maintaining and strengthening communication bridges between the CEO & the employees.
"The key asset for any successful organization is its people and our members of the KFH-Bahrain family are encouraged to be leaders who will contribute towards taking KFH-Bahrain forward into a promising future," said Mr. Abdulhakeem Alkhayyat.
KFH-Bahrain is committed to providing a nurturing and supportive environment in which the Bank's staff can not only fulfill a successful career path but also achieve their own personal aspirations.
