Raouche Arjaan by Rotana Turns One
Beirut: Rotana , the leading hotel management company in the Middle East and North Africa, celebrated the first anniversary of its third hotel in Lebanon, Raouche Arjaan by Rotana , in the presence of Area Vice President for Rotana Lebanon, Qatar, Bahrain & Kuwait, Joseph Coubat, General Manager of Raouche Arjaan, Pierre Ghorayeb, in addition to the hotel's team and a number of figures from the media and social scenes.
Following Joseph Coubat warm welcome to the audience, he said, 'I am honored to be here among you today and I am delighted to be visiting Beirut, the city that never sleeps and always has new things to offer its locals and visitors alike. The Rotana team and I are proud to see Rotana strongly contributing to Lebanon's tourist scene, which will undoubtedly remain the tourist spotlight in the region. Just a year ago, we opened Raouche Arjaan by Rotana , the first Arjaan Hotel brand to open in Lebanon. This new landmark proves Rotana 's success, and is the chain's ninth hotel in Lebanon, Syria and the UAE. We are also determined on opening more hotels under Rotana 's flagship, to reach a portfolio of 70 hotels in 12 cities by 2012, and increase the number of rooms to 19,288 in order to meet the increasing needs of families, businessmen, tourists, and students."
Coubat added, "I am pleased to be witnessing Rotana 's transformation from a solid local name to a glowing brand in the Arab world, proving its superior quality in service and hospitality. In line with our expansion plans, we have built a strong and unique online reservation system, that is highly efficient and connects us directly to our clients. This system is the fruit of our collaboration with one of the world's leading CRS providers, Trust International.
