Arabtec Construction and Musawa Holding sign agreement to bring more development projects to the Kingdom of Bahrain

Manama: Arabtec Construction L.L.C. and Musawa Holding W.L.L. today announced an agreement establishing the company Arabtec-Musawa W.L.L. to cater to the construction needs of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Arabtec Construction LLC , a subsidiary of Arabtec Holding PJSC , has concluded a partnership agreement with Musawa to jointly execute construction projects under the new established company Arabtec Musawa. The aim of Arabtec-Musawa is to play a key role in the ongoing growth of the Bahrain construction market.

Commenting on the agreement Mr. Riad Kamal, CEO of Arabtec Holding PJSC said: "This step comes as part of the company's strategy to diversify geographically outside of the UAE. Bahrain is proving to be a promising market and Arabtec is honoured to be a part of Arabtec-Musawa and contribute to the development of Bahrain."

Ms. Sonya Janahi, Managing Partner of Musawa Holding, stated "We are proud and confident in having such strong and reputable development partners to be associated with Musawa. This will surely advance the real estate development in the Kingdom of Bahrain which is one of Musawa's main objectives"
