Designed to seamlessly connect all wireless devices in the home, the E-Series represents Cisco home networking's commitment to empowering a wireless lifestyle throughout the region.
"By introducing the much awaited E-Series home routers at GITEX, Cisco has responded to market demands for a powerful and sleek device which offers unrivalled range and speed in terms of connectivity for Middle Eastern homes. This year's participation at GITEX, brings to life our philosophy of living a connected lifestyle. With a dedicated lounge recreating the wireless possibilities in every home, the Cisco home networking stand invites visitors to put the E-Series through its paces by experiencing the benefits of a connected lifestyle through onsite wireless gaming and home entertainment," said Mohammad Meraj Hoda, Managing Director Emerging Markets, Cisco Consumer Products.
The E-series wireless routers are developed to connect all devices in the home including notebooks, wireless printers, HDTVs and game consoles such as Xbox, Wii and PlayStation. The new E-series can be set-up wirelessly in three simple steps through the Cisco Connect software that comes with every E-series product, making it a great solution for every household.
"The number of connected devices in the home is increasing every day and yet the benefits of wireless networking, such as online gaming and high definition video streaming, often aren't realised to their full potential. With the launch of the E-Series range in the UAE, we are taking the hassle out of home networking, making it easy to enjoy what a connected home really has to offer," added Hoda.
