Mr. Samir Karam, board member of Societe Generale de l'Habitat ,commented: " We are glad of our partnership with Plus Brokers and Bank of Beirut which boosted the sales of the project and he shed the light on Fanar Residence distinctiveness stating: "The project is characterized by a modern design executed by Vahe Avedissian & Partners Architects; as well as by its special location, in addition of the apartment sizes and numerous project facilities. These factors, complemented by the concept of pre-launch prices, attracted a large number of buyers, and consequently led to the great success of the launch event."
Mr. Antoine Chamoun, General Manager of Bank of Beirut Invest, said, "It is part of Bank of Beirut 's strategy to offer clients attractive housing loans and invite more people to benefit from our financing products, particularly after the Lebanese Central Bank's latest initiative, encouraging private banks to offer personal and housing loans; hence our decision to become the financial partner of Fanar Residence, a project that responds in every way to market needs." " Bank of Beirut , Chamoun revealed, has lately launched a competitive housing loan in Lebanese Pounds, offering clients the chance to benefit from one of the lowest interest rates on the market (3.75%) and a higher financing (85%) over 30 years period, proving once more, to be a reference in the housing loan segment".
