08 July 2010
The new branch offers diverse banking solutions to the Tagamoe community Credit Agricole Egypt (CAE) announced the opening of its 70th branch located in El Tagamoe El Khames - New Cairo. This new addition comes within the framework of the bank's expansion plan to intensify its presence across Egypt, especially in new urban communities such as Al Obour, 6th October City and New Cairo, in addition to other residential and industrial areas nationwide. To ensure ease of access and convenience to all residents, the new branch holds a prime location in the Downtown Mall located in 90th street, area "A". Along those lines, it is worth mentioning that CAE has recently relocated the Haram branch to a highly convenient location in Hadayek Al Ahram street, thus further enhancing the bank's accessibility.
"We are delighted to open our second branch in the New Cairo district, allowing us to serve both individual and corporate clients in the area. Our vertical growth in providing diverse banking solutions, in addition to the implemented strategic expansion plan, allows us to create and maintain strong ties with our clients. Consequently, we have managed to render our services accessible to the public, which runs in line with the Bank's objectives", commented Mr. Henri Guillemin, CAE Managing Director.
The Tagamoe branch adopts the new global CAE design concept that enhances customers' banking experience, by accommodating a larger number of customers while offering accurate and faster transactions. Equipped with the latest banking facilities, the branch offers vigilant and friendlier financial services. In addition, the integrated design includes a "fast track area" that allows customers to complete certain transaction in less than 15 minutes, and a 24 hours self service zone.
Currently CAE 's sizeable network reached 70 branches located across Egypt, 33 in Cairo, and more than 100 Automated Teller Machines (ATM's). In addition, CAE offers an upgraded online banking service for easy access to accounts and convenient transactions (www.ca-egypt.com), as well as a dedicated call center (19191) available 24 hours, 7 days a week.
