Suspension by NASDAQ Dubai due to failure to file 2009 Annual Report and Financial Statements
Pursuant to the requirement under App2 A 2.1.1 (13) of the OSR, the following Issuers have not filed their 2009 Annual Report and Financial Statements by 30 April 2010 (i.e within 120 days from the end of the financial year), and hence have failed to comply with their ongoing obligations under the Offered Securities Rules of the DFSA .NASDAQ Dubai hereby notifies the market that pursuant to Listing Rules 35.1.2 and 18.1.4, the Securities of the Issuer will be suspended from the Official List effective immediately. The Securities of the following Issuer will remain suspended until the release of their 2009 Annual Report and Financial statements:
