Almana Group rolls out Oracle E- Business Suite
Doha, Qatar - 28 February 2010 - Almana Group , one of Qatar's oldest and largest business entities today announced the roll out of the Oracle E-Business Suite across functions to support their technology transformation journey in collaboration with Mahindra Satyam, the brand identity of Satyam Computer Services Ltd. (NYSE:SAY), a leading global consulting and IT services provider.The implementation covered seven companies of the Group engaged in Real Estate Development, Electro-mechanical Contracts, Industrial Insulation and Steel Fabrication, Sales of computers, Providing Networking Solutions, Trading of Furniture, and Interior Decoration Projects.
The modules implemented were; Oracle Financials, Oracle Supply Chain Management, Oracle Human Resources Management System, Oracle Property Manager, and Oracle Banking Applications.
With Oracle's integrated, world-class applications, Almana Group now has the most complete, integrated portfolio of applications and technology platform to improve business processes and drive performance across the enterprise.
