Bank Saderat Iran case adjourned
The Dubai Criminal Court has adjourned to February 28 a case of embezzlement at Bank Saderat Iran .An Iranian was accused of using forged documents to swindle more than Dh84 million but involvement of another person has come ot light.
The court ordered the Public Prosecution to modify the charges and add the new defendant, AS, also Iranian, to the list of accused.
In an earlier hearing, defendant SH, 55, had denied accusation and his lawyer, Muna Al Ansari, had called for an additional period of time to look into the case documents.
