Surveyors named for Tameer Towers
Cyril Sweett announced yesterday that it has been appointed by Tameer Holding Investment , a real estate developer, as the project quantity surveyors providing cost, contract, and commercial management services, among others, to act on its development in Abu Dhabi.Tameer Towers is a mixed-use development featuring a commercial tower and four high-end residential towers, and is located in the The Shams District on Abu Dhabi's Al Reem Island. The development encompassing 10 million sqft has been designed by Gensler .
Cyril Sweett has been appointed for phase one of the Tameer Towers development consisting of one 62 storey and one 42 storey residential towers with additional villas and townhouses as base level. In addition,m the development will include retail outlets within the podium, basement car parking and deluxe serviced apartments overlooking a canal promenade and marina.
Federico Tauber, President of Tameer Holding Investment , said: "Cyril Sweett has provided cost consultancy on a number of mixed use developments schemes throughout the world and we are confident that this expertise coupled with their regional knowledge and experience will be extremely beneficial in ensuring that Tameer Towers is delivered within budget."
