Cairo Festival City unveils phase one of its residential district, Oriana
Cairo, November 4th, 2009 -Cairo Festival City announces the launch and sales of phase one of Oriana villas during a gala dinner hosted on their premises, overlooking the villa construction site. Phase one is 172 villas out of the 480 total to be built within the Oriana community and is expected to help meet the rising demand for residential housing amongst the 2020 projected 2 million residents of New CairoCommenting on the launch of Oriana, Cairo Festival City's Senior General Manager Mohamed El Mikawi said "We are very pleased by the launch of Oriana's first phase which marks an important step in the completion of our residential district and our project as a whole. Oriana villas offer three different styles reflecting French, Spanish and Italian architecture with varying facades and internal areas ranging from 771 sqm up to 1,300 sqm. Land areas will range from 670 sqm to 2000 sqm, giving residences the opportunity to choose the type and style of villa that best suits their personality and lifestyle. The villas are constructed using a state of the art aluminium framework technology, a first in Egypt, which surpasses the levels of accuracy and quality that are currently available in this market, ensuring excellence in build quality.
