P&T Architects and Engineers Ltd (Dubai Branch) Wins Prestigious Architectural Awards

P&T Architects and Engineers Ltd (Dubai Branch) Wins Prestigious Architectural Awards
Dubai, 26 October 2009: Proud of its success, P&T Architects and Engineers Ltd (Dubai Branch) today announced that the Company has won two prestigious Arabian Property Awards 2009. P&T won the Architecture Award for the Kensington Krystal project, which is an office tower located in the Dubai Maritime City and an award for Best High Rise Architecture for its Ajman Corniche project, which is a high rise residential project in Ajman.

William Yuen, design director of P&T said; "The fact that P&T has won two of these coveted awards is testament to the Company's philosophy in providing engineering solutions with innovative, buildable, economical and cost effective designs and excellence in professional services. We are extremely delighted to have our projects recognised by a panel of professionals whose collective knowledge of the property industry is highly valued. We look forward to continue to servicing our clients in the UAE and across the Middle East."

The Kensington Krystal project takes a different approach to the traditional reflective glass tower typology. The traditional reflective glass tower has been deconstructed and re-assembled to leverage the relationship between light and form. The Ajman Corniche project breaks away from the stand alone tower solution by linking seven towers together in the form of an oceans wave.

Winners were invited to attend a high profile gala dinner at the Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai. The event is part of the well-recognized International Property Awards, the world's most prestigious competition dedicated to finding the best real estate professionals across the globe.

Later this year, top scoring winners from the Arabian Property Awards will compete against other winning companies from Europe, Africa, the UK, the Americas and Asia Pacific to find the ultimate world's best in each category.
