Budget to buy 5,000 Toyota cars from ALJ
JEDDAH: The United International Transportation Co. (Budget) has signed an agreement with Abdul Latif Jameel (ALJ) to purchase 5,000 Toyota cars during the year 2010.The agreement, which was in line with Budget 's strategy to upgrade the services offered to its customers, was signed by Budget 's Chairman of the Board of Directors Abdul Ilah Zahid, and ALJ's President Mohammed Jameel.
In a statement on the occasion, Zahid said Toyota cars represented 60 percent of Budget 's fleet. He underscored the growing cooperation between Budget and ALJ.
Headquartered in Jeddah with branches throughout the Kingdom, Budget is a Saudi joint stock company.
