Iran, Vietnam banks sign deal

Tehran - Iran's Export Development Bank and Vietnamese Vietin Bank signed a letter of understanding to promote commercial ties and using each other's banking capacities. Based on the agreement, the two sides agreed to finance the project to develop a 48 megawatt power plant in Vietnam, which is to be implemented by the Iranian experts.

The deal signed by the managing directors of Export Development Bank , Kourosh Parvizian and Vietin Bank Fam Hoi Hong seeks to facilitate opening letter of credit and other banking operations.
