Saud Bahwan Group lauded for taking Kia to new heights

MUSCAT -- The visit of Euisun Chung, President Kia Motors Corporation , marked a major milestone for the brand in Oman. A senior delegation of top officials from Korea and regional headquarters in Dubai accompanied the president.

Euisun Chung, clearly impressed by the extraordinary growth of the brand, was all praise for the marketing efforts of Reliable International Automotive (RIA) a part of Saud Bahwan Group . He also spoke highly of the massive investments made by RIA for the benefit of Kia customers in Oman.

Chung said that the country had achieved tremendous growth and all-round progress under the wise leadership of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said and that the nation's excellent infrastructure, peace and stability provided an ideal business environment.

Chung mentioned that the objective of his visit to Oman was to "...further strengthen Kia's support to customers in Oman and get a first-hand feel of the rapidly growing Oman market."

During his trip, he visited the Kia integrated facility in Muscat along with SBG 's Chairman, Sheikh Mohammed Saud Bahwan.

Complimenting Sheikh Mohammed, he said, "I am delighted to note that the quality of service extended to Kia customers in Oman is truly world-class. I am very pleased by the emphasis you continue to place on customer care. It is this, which ultimately makes the difference between an ordinary brand and a market favourite. What's more, your extensive branch network covering the entire nation and the close rapport your group maintains with customers is indeed praiseworthy." "I am also very impressed with the quality of manpower at the Saud Bahwan Group and their commitment and motivation level. We are indeed, proud to have you as our partners in Oman. I am more than confident that under your dynamic leadership Kia will scale new heights in the days to come," he added.

Thanking Euisun for his support and encouragement Sheikh Mohammed Saud Bahwan said, "We are indeed honoured to be associated with Kia Motors . Together, we will take the Kia brand forward. The new integrated facility in Muscat, which is due to be launched early next year will usher a truly new experience for Kia customers in Oman. This facility will be spread over an area of more than 13,000 sq m, in the heart of the city, displaying the extensive range of Kia vehicles, alongwith an exclusive car delivery area. The state-of-the-art parts and service centre will ensure after sales support of the highest order and will take customer satisfaction to a new high."
