Oman Air Lead Sponsor At Oman Travel Mart 2009
Having grown from strength to strength, Oman Air , the designated carrier of the Sultanate of Oman is making its presence felt as the lead sponsor of Oman Travel Mart (OTM), the country's international travel and tourism event of the year. OTM will be held at the Oman International Exhibitions Centre from 17th to 19th February 2009.
An Oman Air spokesperson said "The Company has embarked on a steady but ambitious growth plan by introducing new aircraft and routes with 2009 being a major milestone in the company's history. Improving our customer satisfaction is a major priority to support this new direction. Being the lead sponsor at OTM, is our show of commitment to boost the country's thriving travel and tourism industry."
"For the past 15 years, Oman Air has played a major role in the growth and development of the Sultanate's travel and tourism, making Muscat a magnet for inbound tourism and offering direct services to key overseas cities. With our dedicated commercial, industrial and tourism activities, we have always made a strong market presence, with an enviable reputation for professionalism, punctuality and service excellence" they added.
Today, Oman Air is becoming an increasingly familiar sight at international airports and is recognised for its strong market presence; with recent operations to London Heathrow as the new gateway to the United Kingdom.
