A First from Noor Islamic Bank: Customers are invited to 'Shape' Bank
Dubai - Noor Islamic Bank (" Noor "), a subsidiary of Noor Investment Group (NIG), is inviting customers to shape their banking experience, ahead of its official launch of operations.
The 'Shape Your Bank' campaign is a first of its kind initiative for a bank to engage potential customers prior to opening its doors for business. The integrated marketing communications campaign has been launched across the UAE this week.
Potential customers can log on to a dedicated website, www.shapeyourbank.com, and post their views on what they expect from the bank.
Hussain Al Qemzi, Group CEO, Noor Islamic Bank , said the bank aims to be a progressive, state-of-the-art and visionary financial institution, transforming the offering and experience of Islamic banking to match the needs of the contemporary consumer.
Al Qemzi said: "This remarkable initiative will give our potential customers the opportunity to interact with the bank and be a part of the shaping process. At the final analysis what counts most for us is the voice and demand of our customers. As a bank that has been set up with that motto, we would like to know their expectations of us and tailor our products and services accordingly. And this will not be a one time initiative. We will have similar campaigns regularly to feel the pulse of our customers."
Launching operations in the beginning of 2008, Noor will be a full service Shari'ah-compliant bank, with an emphasis on quality and personalised service. It will offer total relationship management, providing customised solutions for retail and corporate customers, as well as small and medium enterprises.
