Maadiran inaugurates Iran's largest and most advanced painting facility within the electronics industry.
In January 2007, the largest and most advanced painting facility for the electronics industry was inaugurated by Maadiran .The painting facility is located within the IOMInd , a subsidiary of the Maadiran Group , factory in Hashtgerd. The new facility spans 2000 square meters of space and is completely isolated from the rest of the factory areas to prevent dust and contamination within the production process. Additional investments in the facility include two air purifiers to generate fresh air. The 42.5 meter line consists of a pre-heating line, paint room, and electric furnaces to speed the drying process. The paint room is equipped with a continually circulating wet system which isolates colour particles in the air and filters toxic vapours using carbon filters. The system is also equipped with a humidity ventilation system.
Throughout the entire painting process, all parameters such as temperature, humidity, and line speed are controlled automatically.
All plastic components for products manufactured by Maadiran are painted within this facility. The facility will also extend manufacturing capacity for a number of products significantly including monitors and LCD televisions.
A total of 150,000,000,000 Iranian Rials has been invested in this expansion making it a unique development in Iran.
