Another achievement for Bahrain Insurance Association
- Insurance companies in Bahrain signs agreement to facilitate Motor Claims recovery procedures -
A Group of Bahraini insurance companies signed a cooperation agreement that facilitates recoveries of Motor Claims amongst them. This agreement operates as a bridge between insurance companies, and seeks to regulate transactions to achieve a better level of service to customers in a fast and smooth manner.
The agreement was signed by a number of companies which were: Al Ahlia Insurance , Bahrain Kuwait Insurance , Royal & Sun Alliance, Saudi National Insurance , Arabia Insurance , Iran Insurance , Solidarity , Trade Union Insurance Al Nisr Insurance, MedGulf and Takaful International .
On this occasion, Bahrain Insurance Association organized a workshop for Motor Claims Managers from all signed companies to introduce them to the new procedures. The workshop was held at the BIBF last week. Mr. Yahya Noorudin, Board Member of Bahrain Insurance Association and in charge of Motor Insurance, gave a presentation to the attendees, with their participation in the discussion, on the new frameworks and ways to take advantage of it amongst them.
Mr. Ashraf Bseisu, Chairman of Bahrain Insurance Association said: " BIA's efforts have crystallized in this agreement which will serve as a bridge to facilitate and enhance communication between the various insurance sector companies; and is considered a successful achievement towards our quest to further develop the industry and to provide consumers with the highest level of service and support."
