Avaya Selects Al Yousuf as Region's First 'Gold Partner'

World's IP Telephony Leader Calls Al Yousuf Best in Middle East Based on Work Quality, Revenue Generation, Customer Support Levels
Dubai, United Arab Emirates - The Al Yousuf IT company, Future Technology, has been award the region's first 'Gold Partner' status by Avaya, the world's leader in internet protocol (IP) telephony technology.

The US-based IT giant said its decision to award the gold partner status to Future Technology was based on the company's extensive experience deploying IP telephony solutions, as well as its extensive regional resource.

"Future Technology is a regional leader in IP telephony installations to regional enterprises such as banks, governments, educational institutions, and manufacturing plants, among others, which have realized that IP telephony is the way of the future - it's reliable, scaleable, and secure," said Nidal Abou-Ltaif, managing director for Avaya in the Middle East and North Africa.

Abou Ltaif added: "Avaya has selected Future Technology as a Gold Partner based on the quality of its work, its revenue generation, and its customer support levels - all of which remain of the very highest caliber."

In the last 18 months, Future Technology has supplied IP telephony-based solutions to more than 15 call centers and 70 other companies, two staggering figures given the relative newness of the technology.

"The region's commercial enterprise space is switching its communications to IP telephony, as it offers many capabilities not available in the traditional Telephony. These capabilities in Networking, Mobility and Messaging are the needed edge for organizations today to remain competitive," said Daoud Eid, Director of Al Yousuf's IT Department.
