Avaya Selects Al Yousuf as Region's First 'Gold Partner'
World's IP Telephony Leader Calls Al Yousuf Best in Middle East Based on Work Quality, Revenue Generation, Customer Support LevelsDubai, United Arab Emirates - The Al Yousuf IT company, Future Technology, has been award the region's first 'Gold Partner' status by Avaya, the world's leader in internet protocol (IP) telephony technology.
The US-based IT giant said its decision to award the gold partner status to Future Technology was based on the company's extensive experience deploying IP telephony solutions, as well as its extensive regional resource.
"Future Technology is a regional leader in IP telephony installations to regional enterprises such as banks, governments, educational institutions, and manufacturing plants, among others, which have realized that IP telephony is the way of the future - it's reliable, scaleable, and secure," said Nidal Abou-Ltaif, managing director for Avaya in the Middle East and North Africa.
In the last 18 months, Future Technology has supplied IP telephony-based solutions to more than 15 call centers and 70 other companies, two staggering figures given the relative newness of the technology.
"The entire Al Yousuf company shares in the excitement of this new Future Technology 'Gold Partner' award from Avaya; we are very proud," added Eid.
Other manufacturers represented by Al Yousuf include: NEC, ATI/Sapphire, CNet, Concerto-Aspect, Epson, SimpleTech, ViewSonic and Western Digital.
