Al Yousuf Opens "Biggest Ever" LG Electronics Showroom at Dubai's Ibn Battuta Shopping Mall
After Sales Service and Support a Top Priority, Says CEODubai, United Arab Emirates - Consumer electronics and home appliance users have never had it so good - the UAE's Al Yousuf Group has created its biggest ever, state-of-the-art showroom at Dubai's Ibn Battuta shopping mall.
In addition, Al Yousuf, the UAE's sole supplier of LG consumer electronics and home appliances, today announced that will again be conducting a unique after sales and support initiative - "Happy Service Day" - for its existing customers, whereby they are entitled to free service all day long.
The free service day offer covers the entire range of LG products sold by Al Yousuf showrooms.
"Through the introduction of new and improved showrooms, such as our latest and biggest ever at Ibn Battuta shopping mall, and by marketing to users in a customer-centric way, Al Yousuf is adding value to the LG brand in the UAE. We are communicating to customers that we consider them to be customers for life," added Al Yousuf.
During the launch promotion for the store, which runs 3 September to 3 November, customers patronizing the Ibn Battuta LG-Al Yousuf showroom could win a raffle draw for an LG Home Package consisting of home appliances and electronics items.
Also present for the opening of the showroom were LG Electronics senior executives: K.S. Park, President of LG Overseas Sales and Marketing; K.H. Kim, President of LG Middle East and Africa; and C.H. Lee, President of LG Gulf.
"LG customers are among the happiest in the region, and largely because of the extraordinary lengths we and our partners go to ensure that they receive the very highest levels of after sales service and support," said K.S. Park, President of LG Overseas Sales and Marketing.
"The latest Al Yousuf showroom represents best what we consider to be most important in service provision to our valued LG customers - value and quality marketed in a customer-friendly way," he added.
The new Al Yousuf showroom can be found in the Andalusia court of Dubai's Ibn Battuta shopping mall, the world's largest themed shopping mall.
Al Yousuf recently opened a showroom in Ras Al Khaimah and has plans to open future stores in new developments across the Emirates.
