Advantage Taxi Service Launched in Sharjah
Dubai - Al Yousuf has announced the launch of Advantage Taxi, Sharjah's fourth taxi franchise and Al Yousuf's latest enterprise. Painted in a distinctive blue and pink colour scheme the fleet will consist of Chevrolet Epica sedans and Uplander family vans."We want people looking for a taxi to say, 'I want the pink one'," said Suhail Zain Eldeen, Chief Operations Officer, Al Yousuf Group. "That's why we've chosen the Epica, to give customers a better, more comfortable ride, and that's why we are giving our drivers the best training to ensure they drive well and offer that extra customer service touch, like opening the door."
A 20-day training programme for every driver, all of whom speak English, includes classes in safe driving, customer service, appropriate presentation and behaviour.
"This business marks a strategic step for the group and reflects our commitment both to diversifying into new areas and expanding the scope of our operations in fields were we have a strong competitive advantage," Zain Eldeen said.
