Nizar Darwish Appointed as Jordinvest's Assistant Executive Vice President for Corporate Finance
Amman, Jordan - Jordinvest, the first Jordanian public shareholding company offering a variety of integrated investment banking services, announced the appointment of Nizar Radwan Darwish as Assistant Executive Vice President for Corporate Finance, to provide support for Jordinvest's clients in outlining financial policies by restructuring, managing, and issuing securities.Mr. Darwish holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Toledo in the United States of America and B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Jordan. He has retained an expertise in the field of investment banking and financial markets, with various companies in Jordan and the United States.
Mr. Darwish is an economist with a variety of extensive previous experience in corporate finance, notably the Initial Public Offerings of the SyriaTel Mobile Co. and Jordan Telecom Co., the privatization of Royal Jordanian and the electricity sector in Jordan, alongside a number of equity valuations and feasibility studies.
Mr. Darwish stated, "My career as an Executive Assistant for Jordinvest's Vice President in Corporate Finance will empower me to achieve my professional objectives, through supporting Jordinvest in achieving its own mission thoroughly."
Jordinvest strives to advance the financial industry and distinguishes itself through financing services such as shares and bonds, structuring companies, mergers, financial advisories and IPOs in addition to investment activities, portfolio management and fund in both the Jordanian market and the region.
