ENOC wins top laurel for 'Best CSR Practice'
Dubai, Sept. 27th, 2011 (WAM) -- Emirates National Oil Company ( ENOC ) has won Asia’s top laurel for Best Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Practice at the Asian Leadership Awards (ALA), which honours super achievers in the continent.
Khalid Hadi, Director of Brand and Corporate Communications of ENOC received the Award from the organizers at an awards ceremony held in Dubai.Commenting on the prestigious award Hadi said: "The Asian Leadership Award for Best Corporate Social Responsibility is a strong testament to our organisation’s continued commitment to enhance the lives of the people and the society we serve in – not just in the Middle East but across all our growth markets. The Award will further inspire us to identify relevant CSR initiatives and work with our stakeholders to make a difference – social, economic, professional and environmental."The Asian Leadership Awards are hosted by the Asian Confederation of Businesses and supported by the Stars of the Industry Group. The Awards are dedicated to high-level knowledge exchange through thought leadership and networking amongst decision makers across industry segments in Asia.
