UAE: Khidmah Gets Total Facilities Management Contract To Maintain 17 Sites For ADACH
Abu Dhabi, July 24th, 2011 (WAM) -- Khidmah has been awarded a contract by Abu Dhabi General Services Company - Musanada to provide Total Facilities Management Services to 17 sites for Abu Dhabi Authority for Culture and Heritage (ADACH) located in Abu Dhabi City, these sites include Al Raha Beach Theatre, New York Film Academy, National Theatre, Bait Al Oud, along with other properties.
Khidmah was awarded this contract through a highly competitive tendering process. The scope of this contract is to manage and deliver Total Facilities Management services which include MEP services, Civil Maintenance, Landscaping services, Cleaning, Pest control, Security Services along with hospitality services. Over the period of 3 years, Khidmah will provide these services to the client with the help of 120 direct staff and workers. Security service will also be provided through an outsourced specialized company.Abdulla Al Qamzi, Managing Director of Khidmah , said "This contract reinforces Khidmah’s reputation as a leading Services management company in Abu Dhabi.
