Ed Borgerding to step down as Abu Dhabi Media Company Chief Executive Officer
ABU DHABI: The Abu Dhabi Media Company ( ADMC ) today announced the departure of Chief Executive Officer Ed Borgerding. After three years in the role Mr Borgerding is leaving the company to concentrate on independent projects.
ADMC Chief Financial Officer Frank Mooty has been appointed Acting CEO of both ABU Dhabi Media Company and its wholly owned subsidiary Imagenation Abu Dhabi , with immediate effect, whilst a search is conducted for a successor to Mr. Borgerding.The search will be overseen by the Executive Committee of the ADMC Board. ADMC Chairman Mohamed Mubarak Al Mazrouei said: "We are thankful for the contribution that Ed has made to the evolution of ADMC over the past three years. We are also grateful to have someone of Frank Mooty’s experience and capabilities, to oversee the company’s continued development, whilst we seek out the right candidate to realize ADMC’s next phase of commercial development and success."
