In a communiqué published, on December 17, 2010, Tunisia's historical operator Tunisie Telecom announces the first stage of registration process in the Tunis and Paris Stock market.

The Tunisian telecom operator announces the registration of its reference document with the Tunisian financial markets regulator- (CMF) (Tunis), and its basic document with French financial markets regulator (AMF) (Paris).

These filings are the first steps towards an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of shares on the Tunis and Paris stock exchanges, subject to market conditions and approval of the IPO prospectuses by the CMF and the AMF, respectively.

Copies of the reference document and the basic document are available on the Tunisie Telecom website (http://www.tunisietelecom.tn), the CMF website (www.cfm.org.tn) and AMF website (http//www.amf-france.org).
