Independent MP, Abdul Khudhur Tahir, called to restructure the institution of the Iraqi State.
He stated to AIN "There is no harmony between the legislative and executive authorities where the parliament is approximately paralyzed and the Government is merely a ministerial cabinet."
"Some Ministers resort to the head political blocs they belong to consult them whether to vote or not about the issues discussed inside the Council of Ministers," he mentioned.
"We have either to restructure the State and the political process or to dissolve the parliament and to form an interim government," he remarked.
"We have to reach a new situation to end the exchange of accusations witnessed in the political process," he concluded.
