The Extraordinary General Assembly of Saudi Fisheries Co. held on Wednesday 14/09/2011 corresponding 16/10/1432 approved the company's capital increase through a rights issue. The share close price as on Wednesday 14/09/2011 corresponding 16/10/1432 has been adjusted to SR 24.10
