Damascus - The Syrian Council of Ministers approved in its weekly session on Tuesday two draft agreements on judicial cooperation and extradition of the wanted criminals already signed with the governments of Tunisia and Morocco.

The Council also officially licensed the private 'Syria International Islamic Bank' and 'Sham Islamic Bank' to cooperate in the country, based in Damascus with a capital of SP 5 billions for each.

The Cabinet agreed on a proposal by the Ministry of Electricity to set the winter timing 60 minutes backward as of September 22.
