The listing committee has approved to list the capital increase of United Arab Shipping from LE 50 million to LE 200 million. The LE150 million capital increase (representing the fifth issue) is distributed over 150 million shares at a par value of LE 1 per share.
The listing committee has approved to list the capital increase of United Arab Shipping from LE 50 million to LE 200 million. The LE150 million capital increase (representing the fifth issue) is distributed over 150 million shares at a par value of LE 1 per share.
The listing committee also approved to list the capital increase of Societe Arabe Internationale De Banque from $120 million to $150 million. The $30 million capital increase (representing the ninth issue) is distributed over 3 million shares (through rights issue for existing shareholders) at a par value of $10 per share.
