Senaat group, one of the largest industrial holding companies in the UAE, announces its participation for the fourth consecutive year at the country's leading national career fair - Tawdheef 2016.

Having participated in Tawdheef and a number of relevant career fairs in the previous year to place more than 280 Emirati professionals, Senaat is joined at the career fair by representatives from portfolio companies Emirates Steel, NPCC, Ducab, Agthia, Arkan and Al Foah.

Tawdheef is the UAE's leading recruitment event, providing a platform for students and young professionals to meet with recruiters from a wide range of sectors and backgrounds.

Speaking at the event, Mahmood Al Hameli, Senior Vice President, Business Support at Senaat, said, "Senaat's participation in Tawdheef 2016 is part of its ambitious Emiratisation strategy to drive and attract more national talent into the industrial sector; largely recognised as one of the UAE's fastest growing sectors for years to come. Over the course of 2015, we successfully achieved a 22% increase in our Emiritsation rate, and we remain committed to retaining local talent in the future. We have solidified this commitment with more than 80 educational scholarships this year and almost 50 scholarships in the next four years."

He added, "Senaat offers a wide range of opportunities with over 190 openings in the fields of engineering, finance and accounting, human resources, commercial sales, project management, legal and business and financial analysis. This diversity empowers the UAE's talent pool to pursue a variety of professional paths and visions, while leading Abu Dhabi's economic diversification endeavours."
