RIYADH: Several Saudi floor covering companies have announced plans to participate in a high-profile trade fair in the German city of Hanover next month. They will meet their German counterparts and display their products and services for international visitors at Domotex 2010.
RIYADH: Several Saudi floor covering companies have announced plans to participate in a high-profile trade fair in the German city of Hanover next month. They will meet their German counterparts and display their products and services for international visitors at Domotex 2010.
Major Saudi companies expected at the event include Al-Sorayayi Carpets, Mada Carpets Co., Arnon Plastic Industries Co. and Eastern Textile Co. Ltd. Around 1,400 German and international companies are believed to have confirmed their participation. The German Saudi Arabian Liaison Office for Economic Affairs (GESALO), the official representative for German industry and commerce in Saudi Arabia, will provide support to the participants.
"Domotex Hanover will once again be the most important event of the business year 2010 and a major driver of sales growth," said Gerd M. Doepner, delegate of German Industry & Commerce. The event runs from Jan. 16 to 19.
