BEIRUT (Zawya Dow Jones)--Saudi Arabia plans to launch soon a tender for a metro project in Jeddah, Saudi-based Al Eqtisadiah daily reports Thursday citing Prince Khalid Al Faisal, governor of the Makkah province.
The project study, which also involves bus and taxi transportation, has been completed, Faisal said according to the newspaper. The tender will be offered to private sector companies, he added.
