RIYADH - With a booming real estate industry and Shariah-compliant investments on the rise, the Council of Saudi Chambers of Commerce & Industry has decided to partner with Naseba, a leading international business information company, in hosting the exclusive Real Estate Investment World Summit, to further attract foreign investors to the country.
The summit, held for the first time in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, will take place on Oct. 19-20th, 2008 at the Four Seasons Hotel at Kingdom Center in Riyadh.
"We are pleased to introduce the Real Estate Investment World Summit, especially designed for VIPs in the industry. The Summit will play an important role in the real estate investment in the Kingdom as we aim at opening doors to provide potential opportunities to do business within and outside the Kingdom," said Saleh Bin Ali Al-Turki, Chairman of the Council of Saudi Chambers of Commerce & Industry.
250 of the biggest profiles including royalties, ministries, financial authorities, high net worth individuals and institutional investors as well as the board members from top worldwide financial institutions and developers will attend the summit. They will have the opportunity to be re-educated on the market trends and regulations, discuss future projects and funding, as well as to network with the high net worth individuals from Saudi Arabia and across the region.
"On Oct. 18, we are hosting a grand opening ceremony along with the Awards for Excellence, followed by a gala dinner," said Al-Turki. It will also feature an exhibition with companies including Kuwait Finance House, Abraj Tourism, Dubai Islamic Bank, Nakheel, The Land Holding, Al-Oula Development, TMG Holding, among others.
