RIYADH: Jazan Development Company's board of directors has accepted the resignation of its General Manager Ali bin Mansour Al Soghair effective from May 31.

He will continue to remain as a member of JAZADCO board of directors executive committee and some companies in which Jazadco is a shareholder. The board has placed on record its appreciation of Ali's service during his tenure, according to information available on Tadawul website.
