JEDDAH, 10 April 2007 -- The general assembly of the Aseer Trading, Tourism and Manufacturing Company will be held tomorrow in Abha to discuss prospects of increasing its capital by SR1.2 billion through issuance of priority shares.
Abdullah Saleh Kamel, chairman of the company, said subscription of new shares would be limited to the shareholders registered on the day of the meeting.
