RIYADH: Saudi job seekers can now apply online for suitable positions available at the Saline Water Conversion Corporation (SWCC), as the company has completed implementation of the second phase of the e-TP (Electronic Transformation Program).
The implementation of the e-TP at the SWCC is aimed at covering areas such as project management, change management, human resources, maintenance, finance and supply chain.
Engr. Abdullah Bin Mohammed Al-Khedher, Director of the SWCC e-TP program, said the implementation of the system will significantly help streamline the online recruitment procedure.
"Besides, the e-TP allows the existing employees to use the system to request internal recruitment or transfer between various departments of the SWCC," he said.
He said the SWCC Human Resources team has introduced new electronic systems that allow employees to execute their tasks more efficiently.
"We are proud to provide the qualified Saudi youth with employment opportunities. We are committed to recruiting more nationals as we are confident that they have great potential. We see it as a long-term investment in human resources and that is why we continuously offer training programs to raise employees' performance and productivity levels", Al-Kheder said.
Following the implementation of e-TP the SWCC attendance system now allows department heads to process employees' attendance data quickly and accurately, and generate tailor-made electronic reports, the official said.
The new systems also include an electronic training module to which employees can apply according to their specific training requirements, he said.
Meanwhile, the human resources team completed work on a digital hub linking the human resources system with all the clinics situated at the SWCC desalination plants across the Kingdom.
