Riffa Views announce sales success in lead up to Bahrain International Property Exhibition (BIPEX)

Riffa Views Platinum Sponsorship of BIPEX to further attract investors to the Kingdom and enhance Bahrain's position as an international real estate and tourism hub.
Manama - Riffa Views today announced its participation in the Bahrain International Property Exhibition that will play a key role in further boosting sales which have been successful with more than 60 percent of the project sold out. During the high-profile property show, which begins today, Riffa Views will showcase for the first time all three Signature Estates - The Lagoons, The Oasis and The Park.
Riffa Views' participation in BIPEX this year will provide a first-hand opportunity for the increasing number of potential buyers from Bahrain, the wider GCC and the rest of the world to view the prestigious development, which is firmly earmarked as one of the region's top property choices for those considering a home in Bahrain. The development has seen record sales over the last few months positioning the project in the global arena.

In the Oasis Estate all the 3-bedroom townhouses along with the 5-bedroom Signature villas are sold out while, the Lagoons Estate has only three 5-bedroom 750 square meter villas remaining.
Sales were further boosted recently by the successful release of The Park Estate, to the general public through an open house event that attracted over 3,000 visitors from Bahrain and the Middle East, resulting in an unprecedented record in the Kingdom of 100 sales being made during the three-day event.
During the three-day BIPEX, members of the Riffa Views team will be on hand to inform visitors on all details from interior themes to return on investment of the townhouses and villas available within the Signature Estates.
