Dubai, October 21, 2008: The third and last of SABA Properties residential towers in the Jumeirah Lakes Towers area has been completed, and more than half the owners have already taken possession of their units.
The 36-Storey SABA-3 comprises 346 apartments ranging from 494 sq ft to 5,300 sq ft. Total built-up area is 431,389 sq feet, occupying a site of 18,000 sq ft.
It is one of the few residential towers in the development to be fully furnished, and comes with 24-hour security, swimming pool, spa, and on-site shops.
SABA towers are part of the Jumeirah Lakes Towers development and form part of the of the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) free zone.
